Christmas is drawing near, and the end of the year calls for another trip down Borders to get a new planner, a new calendar. Except that Borders collapsed earlier this year. Without even a familiar place to buy a new set of directions for my life in 2012, I see impending doom... On a lighter note, I have come to terms with a lot of things. Things like distances, uncapped liquid paper tubes, messy drawers, lousy friends, being a lousy friend and of course... a Christmas without a christmas tree. It's not like as if I got used to things. I just decided to let them go. Maybe things are better uncapped, untidied, unfriendly-ed, uncelebrated? Who knows? Change is the only constant we should embrace. I still can't stand unread mail though, but that might be a bad thing
