Swimming

The other day my boyfriend's sister called me R_____, his ex-girlfriend's name. It was an accident, she blurted out along with the slew of requests and exclamations about inviting me to her drama performance in church. After which an extremely apologetic "ohmygawd iamsosorry pleasedonttellanyone" followed. I smiled magnanimously and said it was okay. It is really amazing how 'firsts' always perpetuate a kind of habitual effect.
